Great company with fantastic communication. We ordered a kayak for a couple of days whilst staying at Windrush Lake, and it was delivered promptly as advertised and picked up a few days later with minimal fuss. It's a great company for hiring water equipment for use at a rental property, rather than going to one of the larger lake complexes to hire.

Superb service even delivering our kayak and boards a day earlier because of potential rain forecast over the long weekend. Everyone had a fabulous time on the lake from 2 years old to much older !! Everything was perfect and communication from ordering, delivering to our lodge and collecting was excellent. Thank you for enhancing a fabulous stay on Summer Lake you were the icing on the cake .

Superb service. Used what’s app to check availability on 3 paddle boards and a kayak in 2 days. Immediate response from Pips, confirmed could deliver at 8.30 on the morn we wanted, and that exactly what she did. Picked up 24 hours later and we had a superb time with all of the top quality equipment. We will be using again when back in the area, and will recommend to friends. 5 star customer service. We stayed at a lodge on Isis lake the first week of July 2022 and arranged a 3-day hire of SUP boards and a kayak from Cotswold Paddleboard Company. We wanted to be on the water when it suited us and not restricted to a one hour time slot. Hiring from CPC was great value for money, everything was in excellent condition, and Michael & Pips couldn't have been any more helpful. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire again. Five star service from a fab family-run business.
