Holly did our wedding cake and it was nothing less than perfect. From the tasting session, to her liaising with our venue and florist to take any extra stress off of my shoulders, to the overall execution of the cake. I would highly highly recommend Holly. She did an amazing job and is such a lovely person too! All our guests complemented us on how delicious the cake was.

Holly is wonderful. She makes the MOST delicious cakes. She was kind and helpful when guiding us to chose our wedding cake which wasn’t an easy decision because all of her flavours are divine. It truly was everything we were looking for. Thankfully we have some left for the freezer to enjoy for longer! I’d recommend Holly and Project Cakery to anyone. I didnt enter the cakery. However i was pulled up outside the tandoori shop next door waiting for my partners mother to come out of the doctors. I am recently engaged and am keeping notes on venues, dresses, cake shops etc that I would like to visit/try for my wedding. I first notice the cake display in the window and thought to myself those cakes are beautiful and I would like to add this place to my list. But then I noticed the young woman behind the cakes staring at me with a rather annoyed look. At first i didnt think it was me she was looking at but she kept glaring. Then someone was walking into the hairdresser next door and she came out to speak to her and very loudly started saying she needs to sort this car park situation as it’s ridiculous and then she glared at me again and proceeded to take a photo of my car (although im hoping it was just the car park in general) i couldnt help but think there was no road markings or anything to indicate no parking or designated spaces half the cars were parked all wonky which made it impossible to park. Thought the cakes look stunning i do think the rudeness of the young lady whoes jumper said Holly is whats made me not consider this place for my future wedding.

Holly made our wedding cake for us. Our chosen design was far from your traditional wedding cake, Holly's excitement to design it for us blew us away and we knew there and then we made the right choice. Holly's personable manor, outstanding advice to help us navigate through our choice, flavours was beyond outstanding. Holly always checked in with us to see how we were doing through our whole wedding preparation. In fact they day before our wedding myself and my husband decided not to add any additional decoration to our cake. Holly contacted me to say she felt it needed some additional flowers to elevate the design to complete the look. Holly done this all on her own accord sorted it all out for us and I knew we were in safe hands. If I could give a 10 star review I would. PLEASE if you require a wedding cake or any cake for that matter. DONT miss out and contact Holly you will not be disappointed. Paul and I thank you for making our dream wedding cake come true.❤

Holly made an incredible tasting and looking cake for my wife’s 40th. The cupcakes were beautiful too with pictures on, to give an extra touch of class. Holly is very professional, great communications, highly recommended

Holly is a master at her craft and one of the loveliest people you will ever meet! From start to finish she has been a pleasure to work with and was more than happy to help us out with any dietary requirements we needed. We initially found Holly through instagram and knew as soon as we saw her work we had to book in for a tasting, from that moment on she has been not only one of our favourite suppliers but someone that we would happily call a friend. She has always put us at ease throughout our whole journey and would always want to know about the rest of our planning, she was just as invested as we were. And to top it all off the cake and cupcakes she made us were the best we had ever had. All of the guests loved them (especially the children). If you are looking for a friendly baker for any occasion that will be able to work her magic always with a smile on her face than look no further!

We contacted Holly for our wedding cake and right from the start she was just so lovely, nothing has ever been too much trouble for her! We went to her with an idea and she brought it to life! We had the most incredible delicious wedding cake, all of our guests commented on how wonderful it looked and even more so on how good it tasted!! We had Victoria Sponge, Lemon and Salted Caramel. Holly has also made us thank you biscuits and my hen do cookies which were also amazing! Holly has an amazing talent and if you are looking for anything from personalised cookies to brownies to occasion cakes this is the person you need!! We will certainly be using Project Cakery again. Could not recommend the lovely Holly enough! She made our wedding cake dreams come true! 😍 She absolutely nailed what we asked for and it came out even more incredible than I ever imagined! We had 3 different flavours, Biscoff (my personal favourite!!) Victoria Sponge, and Lemon, and they all tasted absolutely amazing! It literally took my breath away when I walked into the room and saw it for the first time! 🙈 I would highly recommend Holly to anyone, and we will definitely be getting custom cakes from Holly in the future. Holly's brownies are absolutely incredible and she is so lovely as well. Quick to respond to messages and her posted goods arrived quickly and fresh! I'm too far away to pop to the open days but if I lived closer I would be a very regular customer to try out all her amazing creations. Absolutely recommend Holly for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!
