Stayed for a weekend, lovely modern and cosy lodge. Clean, and has everything that you would need. Would highly recommend and we will be staying again.

Just got back from a awesome 4 nights away at the lodge. Me the wife 2 kids and 2 dogs. Would come back in a heartbeat really didn't want to leave. The lodge is literally a few meters back from the lake so idea for me who loves carp fishing. With new years moring being a really high point landing to stubbing cotswald 30s. The lad also loves his fishing and managed 4 fair size pike. We also love walking with the dogs and also done a few of the stunning local walks. We also used the club house and pools etc all brilliant. The whole break was spot on and the lodge hade everything we needed 🙌

Fantastic cabin holiday!! Location was perfect with a short walk to the swimming pools, club house and lake activities. The cabin was clean with beautiful views of the fishing lake. We were lucky enough to make full use of the outside porch area for our meals by the lake. Very picturesque. Great communication from Luke & Trish. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Just returned from a lovely 4 day break at ‘The Cotswold castaway’ retreat.. in a word, fantastic and exceeded expectation in every dept. That includes, location, quality and standard of the accommodation, Great well looked after lake/fish and amenities, friendly atmosphere and bailiff (stick to the rules!). We loved relaxing on the cabin decking, enjoying delivered Indian food and drinks in the best setting possible. Thanks for a great stay Luke, 10/10.. we will be back for sure. 100% recommendation from us. Damian and Donna.

Just had a great 5 days at the Cotswold Castaway with the family. Really lovely cabin which has been really nicely done with everything you could need and a few extras. This was a family break for us and the site is great. Brilliant brand new indoor pool which the kids loved, outdoor pool, soft play, plenty of entertainment and a lovely restaurant and bar on site plus a shop that sells everything!! Kids had a blast and the husband fished everyday so everyone was happy. The cabin is literally right by the lake, so peaceful and wonderful to sit on the balcony in the sun. I would highly recommend to anglers and families, we would definitely go again in the future.

Great stock of fish, really comfy cabin, everything you need. We stayed for 3 nights and I could’ve stayed for a week easily. Nice having a bar and restaurant near by to watch the football and have a beer if you want to, but when in the cabin it feels really private. Best of both worlds. You are literally on the lakeside. I will be returning for sure.

Had a fantastic weekend at The Cotswold Castaway. The lodge is beautifully modern and has a homely feel. Facilities on the park are great and the fishing is unbelievable. Whilst I managed a blank (still crying) my pal managed 4 fish and a new PB of 34lb. Its a great balance of luxury, relaxation and the opportunity to catch some very high quality and memorable Carp. I can't wait to return to settle the score and huge credit to the owner. An exciting and unique business which offers quality and value for money. I would 10/10 reccomend to anyone. What can I say, exceeded all expectations! This holiday park has it all! We arrived Friday to check into the cabin, it had everything we needed, beautifully furnished and was immaculately tidy. The park itself has it all, great fishing on our doorstep and a bar and restaurant. In terms of fishing I couldn't ask for more, I managed 3 carp to 34lb and a new Pb, couldn't be happier and will definitely be back soon! I think what's so special about this place is it suits everyone, from a family getaway with some float fishing to the serious carp angler.

Lovely lodge perfectly situated on the lakes edge. Great for a get away or for the keen angler as there are plenty of mega fish to go at. Also great facilities on site bar/shop etc.
