So at around 10 to 11 last night, I rang desperately trying to arrange a Taxi to pick up a lady (young) who was stuck at Kemble station alone, she was scared, froze and it was pouring with rain, spoke to Chris who said he would be there within fifteen minutes, he asked what side of the station she was on and I said it was the front side, not the pub side, at 11.30 the poor girl rang our hotel again, to say he hadn’t turned up! So I went and got her ! Chris you should feel very ashamed of yourself, leaving a very scared young lady at a train station. So reliable, I don’t think so!
